How big are the drivers?

13mm, which is large for an earbud at this price — most buds under OMR 6 use 10mm or less.

Do they come with ear tips?

No — they are a semi-in-ear design that rests in the outer ear rather than sealing the canal, so there are no silicone tips to fit.

Do they have noise cancellation?

No. They have dual-microphone ENC so the person on your call hears you clearly, which is a different thing from cancelling noise for the listener. A semi-in-ear design cannot do playback noise cancellation because nothing seals the ear canal.

How long does the battery last?

Soundcore publishes up to 36 hours of total playback with the charging case, and a ten-minute charge returns about two hours. One of our own listings for these prints 30 hours — that is our error and we are correcting it; the manufacturer's figure is 36.

How much are the Anker Soundcore K20i in Oman?

OMR 5.900 at Playphone Oman, reduced from OMR 10.000. Sealed, 100% original, 12-month warranty and free delivery anywhere in Oman.

What does the warranty cover?

Twelve months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, software problems or normal battery wear. Keep the original invoice and make sure the serial or IMEI matches our records — Playphone handles the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Delivery is free anywhere in Oman. Inside Muscat it is typically 2 to 3 business days, with dispatch within 48 hours on items held in stock. You can also collect from our Ruwi or Salalah store, usually the same day when the item is on the shelf.

Is this product original?

Yes. Every Anker Soundcore K20i we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.
