What warranty applies?

The Apple Watch Series 12 is covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy rather than a fixed Playphone term — that is how Playphone's warranty policy treats smartwatches, tablets and other gadgets. For most major brands that is twelve months against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, but the manufacturer's terms govern. Keep your original Playphone invoice and make sure the serial number matches our records; we process the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf. Physical damage, liquid damage and normal battery wear are not covered.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Delivery is free anywhere in Oman. Inside Muscat it is typically 2 to 3 business days, with dispatch within 48 hours on items held in stock. You can also collect from our Ruwi or Salalah store, usually the same day when the item is on the shelf.

Is this product original?

Yes. Every Apple Watch Series 12 we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.

Which size should I buy?

The 42mm fits 130-200mm wrists, the 46mm fits 140-245mm. If you are between the two, the 46mm gives a noticeably larger display for about twenty rials more.

Yes. It is water resistant to 50 metres under ISO 22810:2010 — pool and open-water swimming are fine. It is not a diving watch; the Apple Watch Ultra 4 is the one rated for recreational diving.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 24 hours of normal use, and up to 38 hours in Low Power Mode. Fast charging gets you to around 80% in 30 minutes.

Does the ECG work in Oman?

Yes — Apple lists ECG, irregular rhythm notifications and the Blood Oxygen app as available in Oman. Sleep apnoea notifications and hypertension notifications are not on Apple's Oman list, so treat those as unavailable until Apple says otherwise.

Does the Apple Watch Series 12 work with Android?

No. It requires an iPhone 11 or later running iOS 27. There is no Android app and no workaround. For an Android phone, the Huawei WATCH GT 7 Pro or HONOR Watch 6 are the watches to look at.

How much is the Apple Watch Series 12 in Oman?

The 46mm GPS aluminium model is OMR 190.900 at Playphone Oman, reduced from OMR 210.000, sealed and 100% original, with free delivery anywhere in Oman.
