What warranty applies?

The Honor CHOICE Watch 2i is covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy rather than a fixed Playphone term — that is how Playphone's warranty policy treats smartwatches, tablets and other gadgets. For most major brands that is twelve months against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, but the manufacturer's terms govern. Keep your original Playphone invoice and make sure the serial number matches our records; we process the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf. Physical damage, liquid damage and normal battery wear are not covered.
