What warranty applies?

The Honor Watch 6 is covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy rather than a fixed Playphone term — that is how Playphone's warranty policy treats smartwatches, tablets and other gadgets. For most major brands that is twelve months against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, but the manufacturer's terms govern. Keep your original Playphone invoice and make sure the serial number matches our records; we process the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf. Physical damage, liquid damage and normal battery wear are not covered.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Delivery is free anywhere in Oman. Inside Muscat it is typically 2 to 3 business days, with dispatch within 48 hours on items held in stock. You can also collect from our Ruwi or Salalah store, usually the same day when the item is on the shelf.

Is this product original?

Yes. Every Honor Watch 6 we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.

Will it work with an iPhone?

Honor does not publish the phone compatibility requirements for the Watch 6 on its global or UK pages, so we cannot confirm iOS support or a minimum version in writing. Tell us which phone you have before ordering and we will check it with the distributor.

Can I pay with it in Oman?

Honor supports card payment through Fidesmo with Mastercard and Visa and states that availability varies by region. Oman is not named, so check with your bank before buying it for that reason.

Does the Honor Watch 6 have ECG?

No. Honor lists heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, stress, Body Energy and a blood-pressure trend feature, but not an ECG sensor. If ECG is what you want, the Huawei WATCH GT 7 Pro lists an ECG sensor instead.

Does it have its own GPS?

Yes — dual-frequency independent positioning, which records a route without your phone and is more accurate among buildings than the single-frequency receivers common at this price. Honor rates it for up to 42 hours of outdoor use.

Can I swim with the Honor Watch 6?

Honor does not publish a water resistance rating for this model on its own product pages, so we will not quote one. Ask us before you order if swimming matters and we will have it confirmed with the distributor. Liquid damage is not covered by warranty.

What is the difference between the Black and the Twilight Brown?

More than colour. Twilight Brown has a 316L stainless steel body at around 50g without the strap; Black has an aluminium alloy body at around 41g. Steel feels more solid and resists scratches better; aluminium is lighter to sleep in and costs less.

How long does the battery really last?

Honor quotes up to 35 days in its Bluetooth long-battery mode and up to 17 days in regular use with automatic blood oxygen and stress checks and three hours a week of GPS exercise. Seventeen days is the realistic everyday figure. Continuous GPS is rated at up to 42 hours.

How much is the Honor Watch 6 in Oman?

The Honor Watch 6 is OMR 79.900 at Playphone Oman, reduced from OMR 95.000. Sealed, 100% original and delivered free anywhere in Oman. The Twilight Brown steel model and the lighter aluminium Black model are priced separately.
