Can I add a memory card?

Yes — the X5C supports expandable storage, which is worth doing at the same time as buying the phone.

How long does the battery last?

The 5,260mAh battery gives a day and a half to two days of ordinary use — calls, messaging, browsing and video.

Does the Honor X5C have 5G?

No — it is a 4G phone. The cheapest 5G phone we hold in stock is about OMR 65.

How good is the camera?

The 50MP main camera is good in daylight, and a real step up from the 13MP sensors several phones below OMR 45 still use. The second rear sensor listed at 0.08MP is a depth-assist sensor, not a usable camera. Low light is where a phone at this price shows its limits.

How much is the Honor X5C 4G in Oman?

The Honor X5C 4G with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage is OMR 45.000 at Playphone Oman, reduced from OMR 52.000. Sealed, 100% original, 12-month warranty and free delivery anywhere in Oman.

What does the warranty cover?

Twelve months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, software problems or normal battery wear. Keep the original invoice and make sure the serial or IMEI matches our records — Playphone handles the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Delivery is free anywhere in Oman. Inside Muscat it is typically 2 to 3 business days, with dispatch within 48 hours on items held in stock. You can also collect from our Ruwi or Salalah store, usually the same day when the item is on the shelf.

Is this product original?

Yes. Every Honor X5C 4G we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.

The Play20A is OMR 34.900 with a larger 6.9-inch screen, a second display on the back and a 6,000mAh battery, but 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The X5C is OMR 10 more with 4GB of RAM, 64GB and a much better 50MP camera.
