How does it compare to the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra?

The Tab S11 Ultra is OMR 405 with a larger 14.6-inch AMOLED, the S Pen included and full Google services. The MatePad 12X is OMR 152 less with the matte anti-glare surface and a faster 144Hz panel, but no Google Play.

Does the pen come with it?

Does it have Google Play?

No. It runs HarmonyOS with Huawei's AppGallery. Google's own apps are not available as apps, only through the browser.

What is a PaperMatte display?

A matte, etched screen surface instead of a glossy one. It removes reflections under lights and in sunlight, and gives a stylus grip so writing feels like pen on paper.

How much is the Huawei MatePad 12X PaperMatte in Oman?

The Huawei MatePad 12X PaperMatte with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is OMR 252.900 at Playphone Oman, reduced from OMR 270.000. Sealed, 100% original and delivered free anywhere in Oman.

What warranty applies?

The Huawei MatePad 12X PaperMatte is covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy rather than a fixed Playphone term — that is how Playphone's warranty policy treats smartwatches, tablets and other gadgets. For most major brands that is twelve months against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, but the manufacturer's terms govern. Keep your original Playphone invoice and make sure the serial number matches our records; we process the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf. Physical damage, liquid damage and normal battery wear are not covered.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Delivery is free anywhere in Oman. Inside Muscat it is typically 2 to 3 business days, with dispatch within 48 hours on items held in stock. You can also collect from our Ruwi or Salalah store, usually the same day when the item is on the shelf.

Is this product original?

Yes. Every Huawei MatePad 12X PaperMatte we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.
