What warranty applies?

The iPad Air M4 (2026) is covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy rather than a fixed Playphone term — that is how Playphone's warranty policy treats smartwatches, tablets and other gadgets. For most major brands that is twelve months against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, but the manufacturer's terms govern. Keep your original Playphone invoice and make sure the serial number matches our records; we process the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf. Physical damage, liquid damage and normal battery wear are not covered.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Delivery is free anywhere in Oman. Inside Muscat it is typically 2 to 3 business days, with dispatch within 48 hours on items held in stock. You can also collect from our Ruwi or Salalah store, usually the same day when the item is on the shelf.

Is this product original?

Yes. Every iPad Air M4 (2026) we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.

Can I add storage later?

No — no iPad has a memory card slot. The 128GB you buy is what you keep, so if you store films or large photo libraries offline, tell us and we will check what larger configurations we hold.

The 11-inch is OMR 275.000 and about 460 grams; the 13-inch is OMR 322.000, about 615 grams and slightly brighter at 600 nits. Choose on whether it lives in a bag or on a desk.

Does the iPad Air M4 support Apple Pencil Pro?

Yes — Apple Pencil Pro and Apple Pencil (USB-C). Apple Pencil Pro is OMR 49.000 and sold separately.

iPad Air M4 or iPad Pro M5?

The Air has the same 12GB of memory as the 256GB iPad Pro. The Pro adds a Tandem OLED screen, ProMotion and the M5 chip, from OMR 377.000. For everything short of professional photo and video work, the Air is the better value.

How much is the iPad Air M4 (2026) in Oman?

The 13-inch iPad Air M4 with 128GB is OMR 322.000 at Playphone Oman, reduced from OMR 350.000. We stock the 11-inch at OMR 275.000 and the 13-inch at OMR 322.000. Sealed, 100% original and delivered free anywhere in Oman.
