What does the warranty cover?

Twelve months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, software problems or normal battery wear. Keep the original invoice and make sure the serial or IMEI matches our records — Playphone handles the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Delivery is free anywhere in Oman. Inside Muscat it is typically 2 to 3 business days, with dispatch within 48 hours on items held in stock. You can also collect from our Ruwi or Salalah store, usually the same day when the item is on the shelf.

Is this product original?

Yes. Every iPhone 18 Pro Max we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.

What comes in the box?

The phone with iOS 27 and a one-metre USB-C cable. No power adapter, no earphones. Add a 60W adapter if you want Apple's quoted charging times.

Is it too big for one hand?

For most people, yes — it is 78mm wide and 249 grams. If you use a phone one-handed on the commute, the 6.3-inch iPhone 18 Pro at 211 grams is the better buy; the hardware is otherwise identical.

Does it have a SIM card slot?

No — dual eSIM only, in both the Middle East and Japan versions. Omantel and Ooredoo issue eSIM profiles in Oman and we can activate yours in store.

Is the Pro Max camera better than the iPhone 18 Pro?

No. Both have the same three 48MP rear cameras, the same variable aperture main lens and the same 18MP front camera. The Max buys you a 6.9-inch screen and longer battery life, nothing else.

How long does the battery last?

Apple rates it at up to 45 hours of video playback, or about 30 hours of typical use — the longest of any iPhone 18. A 60W adapter gets you to 50% in roughly fifteen minutes.

How much is the iPhone 18 Pro Max in Oman?

The iPhone 18 Pro Max 1TB is OMR 790.000 at Playphone Oman, reduced from OMR 900.000. Sealed, 100% original, 12-month warranty, free delivery anywhere in Oman. Each storage size is priced separately.
