What does the warranty cover?

Twelve months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, software problems or normal battery wear. Keep the original invoice and make sure the serial or IMEI matches our records — Playphone handles the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Delivery is free anywhere in Oman. Inside Muscat it is typically 2 to 3 business days, with dispatch within 48 hours on items held in stock. You can also collect from our Ruwi or Salalah store, usually the same day when the item is on the shelf.

Is this product original?

Yes. Every OnePlus 13s 5G we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.

How big is the OnePlus 13s?

150.8 × 71.7 × 8.2mm and 185 grams, around a 6.32-inch screen. It is one of the smallest phones we stock with a flagship processor.

OnePlus 13s or OnePlus 15R?

The 15R is OMR 235.000 — three rials less — with a newer Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, a 7,400mAh battery and a 6.83-inch screen, but 256GB and no telephoto camera. The 13s has 512GB, a 2x optical telephoto and a much smaller body. Choose the 13s for size and storage, the 15R for battery and raw speed.

Does the OnePlus 13s charge wirelessly?

No. It charges at 80W over the cable only, and supports 5W reverse wired charging.

Is the OnePlus 13s waterproof?

It is rated IP65 — dust tight and protected against low-pressure water jets, but not rated for immersion. It is a lower rating than the IP68 or IP69 on several cheaper phones we stock.
