Porodo lists an IP68 rating for the device. The material supplied to us does not say separately whether the earbuds share that rating, so we would not swim in them without checking first.

Does it work with an iPhone?

Yes — iOS 12 or later and Android 8.0 or later, through the Porodo Fit app.

Where do the earbuds go?

They are housed in the band on your wrist, so they travel with you rather than in a separate case. Bluetooth range is quoted at up to 10 metres.

How long do the earbuds last?

Porodo quotes 3.5 to 4 hours of playback. The band itself is quoted at up to 30 days of working time, with about two hours to charge.

How much is the Porodo ACTIVEX Smart Fitness Band & Earbuds in Oman?

It is OMR 12.900 at Playphone Oman, reduced from OMR 20.000. Sealed, 100% original and delivered free anywhere in Oman.

What warranty applies?

The Porodo ACTIVEX Smart Fitness Band & Earbuds is covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy rather than a fixed Playphone term — that is how Playphone's warranty policy treats smartwatches, tablets and other gadgets. For most major brands that is twelve months against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, but the manufacturer's terms govern. Keep your original Playphone invoice and make sure the serial number matches our records; we process the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf. Physical damage, liquid damage and normal battery wear are not covered.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Delivery is free anywhere in Oman. Inside Muscat it is typically 2 to 3 business days, with dispatch within 48 hours on items held in stock. You can also collect from our Ruwi or Salalah store, usually the same day when the item is on the shelf.

Is this product original?

Yes. Every Porodo ACTIVEX Smart Fitness Band & Earbuds we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.
