What does the warranty cover?

Twelve months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, software problems or normal battery wear. Keep the original invoice and make sure the serial or IMEI matches our records — Playphone handles the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Delivery is free anywhere in Oman. Inside Muscat it is typically 2 to 3 business days, with dispatch within 48 hours on items held in stock. You can also collect from our Ruwi or Salalah store, usually the same day when the item is on the shelf.

Is this product original?

Yes. Every Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra 5G we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.

It carries an IP48 rating — protected against immersion, but not dust-tight the way an IP68 phone is. The hinge is why. Keep it out of sand and fine dust.

How large is the screen?

8 inches unfolded and 6.5 inches on the cover. That is the largest folding screen we stock, just ahead of the 7.95-inch Honor Magic V6 and Magic V5.

Does it come with a charger?

No. Samsung specifies a 45W Super Fast Charger, sold separately — we list the Samsung 45W Power Adapter at OMR 9.500.

Does the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra support the S Pen?

No. Samsung confirms the Z Fold8 Ultra does not support S Pen. If stylus input on a foldable matters to you, this is the model to rule out.

How much is the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra in Oman?

The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra 5G with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is OMR 770.000 at Playphone Oman, reduced from OMR 850.000. Sealed, 100% original, 12-month warranty and free delivery across Oman.
