What does the warranty cover?

Twelve months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, software problems or normal battery wear. Keep the original invoice and make sure the serial or IMEI matches our records — Playphone handles the claim with the authorised supplier on your behalf.

How long does delivery take in Oman?

Is this product original?

Yes. Every Vivo V70 5G we sell is brand new, factory sealed and 100% original. Playphone does not stock refurbished, pre-owned or grey-market units. You can check the serial or IMEI on the sealed box against the device before you accept delivery, and the same number is recorded on your invoice.

Vivo V70 or Redmi Note 17 Pro Max?

How big is the battery and how fast does it charge?

6,500mAh with 90W FlashCharge. vivo does not publish a charge time in minutes for this model, so we do not quote one.

vivo states up to four generations of Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates for the V70. It ships on OriginOS 6 over Android 16.

How many cameras does it have?

Four, three of them 50MP: a 50MP ZEISS main with autofocus and stabilisation, a 50MP ZEISS 3x telephoto with stabilisation, an 8MP ZEISS ultra-wide, and a 50MP ZEISS front camera with autofocus.

Does the Vivo V70 have a real optical zoom?
